At Union Jiu-Jitsu, our programs are designed to develop more than just technique. Whether you're an adult stepping onto the mats for the first time, a woman looking for a supportive training environment, or a parent seeking a positive outlet for your child, every class is rooted in strong fundamentals, respect, and community.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective and rewarding martial arts for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It improves both physical and mental health while building discipline, focus, resilience, and confidence.
Our Adult program is structured to support all levels — from first-day white belts to advanced students refining their game. You’ll learn how to use leverage and technique over size and strength, control and submit safely using joint locks and chokeholds, and stay composed in challenging situations.
Adult memberships are designed for both recreational and competitive training and include unlimited access based on your membership option.
Training at Union Jiu-Jitsu helps you:
People begin Jiu-Jitsu for fitness, self-defense, or competition — but they stay for the community. Learning, failing, and improving together builds bonds that extend beyond the mats.
There’s no perfect time to start. Just start.
Our Women’s Only program provides a supportive and empowering space where women can train confidently and comfortably.
Whether your goals are fitness, self-defense, stress relief, or simply trying something new, this program allows you to develop strong fundamentals in an environment built on mutual respect and encouragement.
Women’s Only classes follow the same technical standards as our adult program while fostering a focused and encouraging atmosphere.
In this class, you will:
This is a space to challenge yourself, grow stronger, and discover what you’re capable of — together.
Our Kids program focuses on developing confident, respectful, and resilient young people through age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
Through structured classes, games, and progressive curriculum, students learn:
We divide our youth programs into three age groups:
Kids and Youth memberships are structured as one class per week to support safe coaching ratios and long-term development. We also offer a Teen/Student pathway (13–18) for those ready for more training and progression.
All your child needs to start is shorts and a T-shirt. A Jiu-Jitsu uniform (Gi) is optional but recommended for full technical development.
At Union Jiu-Jitsu, we believe no one regrets starting martial arts as a child — only stopping.
