• Punch Pass options that allow you to train by usage rather than by the month — ideal for busy schedules or supplemental training

Youngsters, Kids, Youth & Teen Programs

Our youth programs focus on much more than just technique. We develop confidence, discipline, coordination, and resilience — all within a structured and positive atmosphere.

Classes are age-appropriate and centered around long-term athletic development. Students learn:

Additional Information

Youth Program Availability

All Youngsters, Kids, Youth, and Teen memberships are subject to class availability to ensure proper student-to-coach ratios and a high-quality training experience. When classes reach capacity, we maintain a waitlist to protect the development and safety of every student.

Commitment Options

Discounted 3, 6, and 12-month memberships are offered at a reduced rate in exchange for a longer-term commitment. Details regarding billing and cancellation policies are provided at the time of registration.

Punch Passes

Punch Pass memberships are designed for flexibility and are valid for a set number of classes rather than a monthly period. Expiration timelines may apply.

Uniform & Equipment

Students are required to follow the Union Jiu-Jitsu uniform guidelines to maintain a clean, professional, and team-oriented training environment.
